About the Role

A growing telecommunications and technology company is seeking 1,000 Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive customer acquisition and promote its 5G unlimited internet router service across Nigeria. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and subscribers for 5G unlimited internet services.
• Promote 5G routers to individuals, businesses, offices, and shops.
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, personal networks, and direct prospecting.
• Contact, follow up with, and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Explain service plans, pricing, installation process, and benefits.
• Achieve the 300 new subscribers monthly target.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Provide basic customer assistance and escalate technical issues when necessary.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good digital literacy and ability to use WhatsApp, social media, and email for sales.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
• Must reside in South West, South East, or South South Nigeria.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Monthly Target: 300 New Subscribers.

Compensation

• Basic Salary: ₦200,000/month.
• Candidates who achieve at least 150 subscribers (50% of target) qualify for the full basic salary.
• Below 150 subscribers: basic salary will be prorated based on performance.
• Commission: Up to ₦200,000/month, subject to applicable sales criteria.
• Potential earnings of up to ₦400,000+ monthly.
