  • Do you want to be a key driver of transformation projects and shape the design of digital client interaction at UBS?   • You will work in the “Strategic Initiatives & Digital Transformation Legal Switzerland”, with a focus on digital transformation and banking products.

  • Our team combines deep subject-matter expertise with a strong team spirit, enabling creative legal thinking and high productivity. We are a trusted partner for stakeholders across digital transformation initiatives and banking products.

Our team plays a key role in advancing “change the bank” initiatives across the following areas:

  • Digital transformation initiatives, online platforms as well as app, card and payment solutions (e.g. credit and debit cards, wallets and TWINT)

  • Strategic projects, partnerships and digital business models

  • Your skills and experience

  • master’s degree in Law; Swiss bar admission is an asset

  • 2-4 years of experience in an international business environment and/or in a law firm

  • good knowledge of Swiss law, in particular contract law, consumer credit law and financial market law

  • strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to prioritize effectively

  • full professional proficiency in English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a strong advantage

  • an open mindset and curiosity for digital products and technology

  • a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage and coordinate digital transformation projects and act as a key legal contact on regulatory change matters

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate legal risks, combined with excellent drafting skills for clear and client‑friendly documentation

  • a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with Group Legal colleagues and stakeholders to co-create digital client journeys

  • resilience and persistence in delivering guidance and developing innovative solutions within and beyond UBS
