Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Create and publish regular posts, reels, videos and updates.

• Maintain consistent brand communication.

• Content & Video Creation

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to collect information.

• Create brochures, creatives, videos, project walkthroughs and customer testimonials.

• Coordinate shooting, editing and publishing.

• Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

• Plan and manage Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns.

• Generate quality leads and optimise campaigns and budgets.

• Track leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up and conversion.

• Website & SEO

• Update website content and project information.

• Improve search visibility through SEO.

• Monitor website traffic, enquiries and rankings.

• Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, cost per lead, engagement and conversions.

• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Brand & Market Research

• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging and design.

• Monitor competitors, market trends and new digital marketing opportunities.

Educational Qualification

• Any bachelor's degree.
• Professional certification in digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or related areas will be an added advantage.
