Summary
As a Digital Health Solutions Manager, you will lead the adoption, implementation, and growth of Vantive's digital solutions across Italy. Acting as the key link between customers, commercial teams, technical stakeholders, and internal functions, you will help healthcare providers understand the value of our digital ecosystem and successfully integrate these solutions into their clinical workflows.
This role combines commercial acumen, project leadership, and digital health expertise. You will drive customer-facing digital initiatives, support the commercial organization in achieving growth objectives, and serve as the first point of contact for digital solution deployment and adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, deployment, and adoption of Vantive's digital solutions portfolio

Act as the primary customer-facing expert for digital solutions, engaging with healthcare professionals, hospital management, and IT stakeholders

Support Sales teams in promoting digital solutions and demonstrating their clinical, operational, and economic value to customers

Drive customer engagement activities throughout the entire lifecycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and long-term adoption

Take ownership of ongoing digital projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Clinical teams, and global Digital functions to ensure successful project delivery

Support initiatives related to remote patient management, home therapies, connected care, and digital patient monitoring

Facilitate discussions with hospital IT departments regarding system integration and digital workflow requirements

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout project planning, deployment, and optimization phases

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes

Track and support achievement of commercial and digital adoption KPIs

Ensure all solutions and activities comply with applicable regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field

Experience in Digital Health, Healthcare IT, Medical Technology, Healthcare Software, Connected Care, Telemedicine, Digital project management or similar environments

Experience in customer-facing roles involving digital healthcare solutions, software platforms, or technology-based services

Understanding of healthcare digital ecosystems, including EMR/EHR, clinical information systems, interoperability, or healthcare software integrations

Solid project management expertise, including project planning, execution, risk management, monitoring, and reporting

Strong understanding of digital technologies and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel across Italy

Fluent in Italian and English

The minimum annual base salary for this position is 64,000 Euro. Your starting salary may be higher, depending on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and the unique perspective you would bring to the role. Employment for this position is governed by the Italian Chemical and Pharmaceutical National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico).
