Engineering
· Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
· Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
· Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving
· Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
· Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
· Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
· Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
· Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team
