We are looking for a professional who will coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with legal requirements, and the highest safety standards. You will manage import/export processes, oversee the storage and handling of petroleum products, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of logistics infrastructure. As a Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Responsible for the full execution of processes related to the distribution of fuels and additives from the depot
• Participate in the operational budget planning for the managed logistics unit and oversees cost utilization
• Implement and manage distribution activities in line with sales contracts and customer demand
• Prepare and submit reports upon request of regulatory authorities (EPA, Environmental Guard, Water Authority, Fire Inspectorate, Customs Authorities, etc.) or in accordance with operational permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Lead inventory management activities in accordance with the established inventory program
• Continuously train, inform, and guide the team regarding regulatory changes, operational practices, and procedures
• Participate in depot audits related to quality management (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001), and occupational health and safety management (OHSAS 18001)
• As a member of the evaluation committee, contribute to the assessment of bids during tenders and procurement processes for investment works and major depot projects

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum & gas engineering or economics
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of LOGIR and COTAS is considered an advantage
• Intermediate English language skills
• Excellent communication skills; ability to make complex decisions quickly, appropriately, and effectively
• Strong team management skills; good understanding of applicable legal and regulatory requirements within the operational area
