About this Position Our team brings together business knowledge, data and technology to improve how Procurement manages and uses its most critical information. As a Data Steward, you will not just monitor data quality. You will help shape standards, solve real data challenges and collaborate across teams to make data more reliable, understandable and valuable for the business.
What you’ll do

Domain strategy:
-
Participates in defining the scope of the domain and maintains an overview of its key data assets and Critical Data Elements (CDEs)

Executes the defined data domain strategy, priorities, and goals by translating them into actions
-
Identifies and maintains the inventory of governed data assets and key data elements within the domain

Operations:
-
Defines data quality requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards
-
Monitors data quality, particularly for Critical Data Elements, and sets data quality targets
-
Identifies the root causes of data quality issues and coordinates their resolution
-
Data governance:
-
Establishes common business definitions and rules and ensures they are documented in the data catalog
-
Defines principles for how data is shared and used within the domain
-
Clarifies data ownership and accountability across key data assets
-
Acts as a bridge between business teams, data and IT teams, analytics, and compliance
-

Strong interpersonal communication, influencing and stakeholder management

Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
-
MS Excel min. Intermediate level required (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Ability to manage projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives
-
Experience in performance management metrics
-
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
-
Understanding of data sources, transformation rules, and reporting processes
-
Familiarity with data quality issues and processes
-
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable working independently

Salary: €2,000 – €2,400 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
