Data Analyst | Offshore
Data Analyst Position Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and operational decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and translating data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Define and track KPIs and metrics to support business performance analysis.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Support data-driven process improvements and ad-hoc analytical requests.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.

Experience with Excel and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working with relational databases and large datasets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.

Knowledge of ETL/data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to statistical analysis, forecasting, or machine learning concepts.

Experience working in Agile environments.
