About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating cybersecurity assessments, maintaining program documentation, tracking remediation activities, and supporting key cybersecurity initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to help strengthen the organization's security posture while ensuring cybersecurity processes and controls are effectively managed.
What You'll Do
- Support cybersecurity assessment activities, including intake, coordination, tracking, and documentation.
- Collect, review, and maintain assessment documentation, supporting evidence, and audit artifacts.
- Track assessment milestones, remediation activities, risk treatment plans, and target completion dates.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding cybersecurity initiatives, information requests, and outstanding actions.
- Document cybersecurity risks, control gaps, findings, and recommendations for review.
- Support ongoing monitoring activities and periodic reassessments of cybersecurity controls and processes.
- Maintain cybersecurity records, documentation repositories, and compliance evidence.
- Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity metrics, reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support the administration of cybersecurity tools, workflows, and collaboration platforms.
- Maintain the Cybersecurity team's SharePoint, Microsoft Teams sites, and knowledge repositories.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder review sessions, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and risk registers.
- Assist in creating training materials, process documentation, reference guides, and awareness content.
- Support employee onboarding activities and cybersecurity program administration.
- Contribute to ad hoc cybersecurity projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, operational, or enterprise risk-related activities is an advantage.

General understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security controls, risk management practices, and industry frameworks.

Exposure to cybersecurity governance, compliance, risk management, or security assessment programs is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Exposure to emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), or AI-related risk assessments is a plus.
