Cyber Range, Testbed & Training Lead

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design the OT training strategy for engineers, automation teams, maintenance personnel, leaders, contractors and suppliers.
- Establish and operate OT testbed and cyber range capabilities using representative industrial technologies.
- Develop hands-on workshops, tabletop exercises, attack-and-defend scenarios and incident simulations.
- Create alternative learning formats suitable for operational personnel with limited access to standard digital training.
- Define role-based competency paths, learning objectives and effectiveness measures.
- Coordinate exercises and knowledge exchange with Luxembourg ecosystem partners, academia and relevant communities.
- Ensure all training scenarios are safe, controlled and aligned with enterprise risks and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in cyber security, engineering, adult learning or a related field; equivalent specialist experience accepted.
- Knowledge of OT systems, industrial attack scenarios, exercise design and practical skills development.
- Ability to translate technical risks into engaging, role-appropriate learning experiences.
Experience
-
4+ years in cyber security, OT engineering, technical training or exercise delivery, including 3+ years related to OT/ICS.

Experience designing cyber ranges, labs, simulations, workshops or incident exercises.

Experience coordinating diverse audiences, external partners and operational subject-matter experts.

Certifications
-
GICSP, IEC 62443 or relevant OT security certification preferred.

SANS Security Awareness Professional, technical trainer, exercise design or adult learning certification desirable.
