David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading customer experience company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Advisor to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
- Identify opportunities to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions
- Meet individual and customer service team targets, including case-handling quotas
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documentation
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native level of Polish
- Fluent in English
- Previous sales experience with the ability to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling
- Strong telephone customer service and active-listening skills
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles
- Excellent communication skills
- Good MS Office skills
