Job responsibilities
CRM Operational Support
- Maintain the regional client communication calendar across newsletters, digital editions, clienteling assets and campaigns
- Support the rollout and adoption of CRM tools across markets through the CRM Community
- Animate the CRM Community with best practice sharing and regular clienteling updates
- Consolidate feedback on clienteling SOPs, CRM tools and technical pain points
- Support the tracking and analysis of client KPIs where needed
