Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign crew members to vessels based on operational needs and qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records of crew certifications, licenses, and availability.
- Monitor compliance with safety, training, and regulatory requirements.
- Support crew onboarding and documentation.
- Communicate assignments and updates to crew members.
- Assist with resolving scheduling and crew-related issues.
- Coordinate crewing activities with internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in crewing operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
