Job Description
FUNÇÕES:
- como Cozinheiro/a de 2.ª, tens formação, qualificação, e experiência mínima de 4 anos comprovada, e trabalhas de forma autónoma, preparando os pratos do dia;
- preparar o restaurante para serviço;
- garantir que os espaços estão constantemente limpos;
- assegurar reposição de material e consumíveis;
- assegurar, conforme directrizes e padrões do Hotel, serviço impecável a Cliente;
- articular necessidades com Chefias e colaborar com Direcção de forma a melhorar a experiência das pessoas Clientes;
- fomentar bom espírito de Equipa e colaboração.
- Para responder a estes pontos, a experiência na posição é essencial.
