Land Republic Limited is looking for a creative Copywriter / Content Writer to develop clear, engaging and relevant content that strengthens our real estate brand and supports our marketing and sales goals. The role will create content for social media, property promotions, campaigns and other marketing platforms while maintaining a consistent and professional brand voice.

About the Role
The Copywriter / Content Writer will create clear, engaging and relevant content that supports Land Republic Limited’s real estate brand, marketing activities and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Write content for social media, websites, property listings, campaigns and other marketing materials.

Create engaging copy for property promotions, launches and sales campaigns.

Develop content that educates clients and prospects about real estate, land and property investment.

Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to create content that attracts and engages potential clients.

Develop captions, scripts, campaign ideas and other creative content.

Maintain a consistent and professional Land Republic brand voice.

Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity and quality.

Stay informed about relevant real estate and content trends.
