About the Role We are seeking a Content Moderation Trainer to support the development and success of Trust & Safety operations. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for content moderation teams, ensuring employees understand platform policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. What You'll Do

  • Onboarding and continuous learning programs for Content Moderators.
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
  • Translate policy updates and operational changes into effective training materials.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Team Leaders to identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to support employee performance and development.
  • Maintain training documentation, knowledge bases, and learning resources.
  • Support calibration sessions and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operations Training.
  • Experience within Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Social Media Operations, or BPO environments preferred.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience creating and managing training materials and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Nice to Have
  • Experience within Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Social Media Operations, or large-scale BPO environments (preferred).
