About the Role El Consultor Administrativo Emocional es responsable de gestionar de manera integral el ciclo de atención de los clientes de Lyra México y Centroamérica, coordinando la logística de citas presenciales y virtuales con la red de afiliados. Garantiza la continuidad del servicio mediante el seguimiento puntual de agendas, la resolución de dudas y la correcta comunicación entre clientes, consultores emocionales y psicólogos afiliados. Asimismo, realiza el registro de los casos en la plataforma Salesforce, asegurando que el proceso administrativo sea claro y amigable para el cliente, contribuyendo a una experiencia integral de bienestar al hacer uso del programa.
