Job Duties

• Install chipboard (OSB/engineered wood panels) on floor, wall, or roof assemblies according to construction specifications
• Measure, cut, and position panels for proper fit and alignment
• Secure chipboard using pneumatic nail guns, staples, or other fastening tools
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and layout instructions
• Assist in framing and assembly of modular home sections as part of the production line
• Ensure panels are properly aligned, flush, and securely fastened to structural framing
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures
• Lift, carry, and position building materials as needed throughout the shift

Schedule

• Shift: 1st – Monday through Friday, Saturdays for overtime
• Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Pay

• $19.00 per hour
