Overview
SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Total Rewards team. You’ll help shape fair, competitive and scalable reward practices across our international organisation, supporting our continued growth across multiple markets.
Purpose of the Role: You’ll design and optimise Total Rewards frameworks to support fair, competitive, and scalable compensation across the organisation. Your work will impact employee performance and retention by aligning reward structures with business goals and market benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Total Rewards projects end-to-end: lead job architecture, grading and salary band design and roll-out across a multi-country group, backed by Mercer/Comptryx benchmarks.
