Job Duties Under direct supervision, perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety meetings, as well as the assembly and disassembly of the coil tubing service line equipment. Assemble and prepare the equipment for installation and service. Assist in the execution of the work. Maintain general order, cleanliness, repair and preparation of equipment for the next job. Inspect the coil tubing equipment before and after work. Be responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during service provision, in accordance with client design and key performance indicators (KPI). Operate high-pressure fluid pumps and support equipment for coil tubing (flowback package). Perform hydrostatic tests on BOP and reels during pre- and post-work procedures, including preventive maintenance (PM). Mentor peers and train operator assistants. Monitor well control parameters and perform calculations before and during job execution. Perform and complete preventive maintenance on all equipment related to coil tubing. Tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost control, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of errors are measurable and contained. Drive a truck or other assigned equipment as required. Requires PSL equipment/position-specific skills. Must have completed essential mathematics courses and Coil Tubing I training. Due to field oil operations, good interpersonal skills and effective communication with others are necessary. Tasks, when performed correctly, indirectly impact cost control, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of errors are measurable and contained. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Basic reading and writing skills are required. Basic computing skills are preferred. A commercial driver's license may be required. Promote safety and environmental awareness, and comply with all applicable procedures and regulations in these areas. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and guidelines. Promote and actively participate in the Quality Improvement Process.

Requirements

Technical / Technical Superior University background in fields related to the Oil & Gas industry.

Minimum of two years of proven experience in flexible pipe operations such as cleanouts, snubbing, and milling.

Operation and maintenance of equipment such as high-pressure pumps, mixing equipment, nitrogen pumping.

Experience in offshore and/or onshore operations.

Maritime license is a plus.

Available to rotate shifts.
