About the role
As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Boston Scientific's mission, providing high-end clinical support to new and existing customers on BSC Electrophysiology products. Collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure successful product adoption across hospitals in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert clinical support on the full EP portfolio.
- Act as the primary contact for Boston Scientific customers in the territory, offering on-site support.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and manage the defined territory strategically.
- Conduct education and training sessions on BSC Electrophysiology products for healthcare professionals and clinical center personnel.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers, ensuring high-quality clinical support.
- Educating customers on product merits through presentations and demonstrations.
