Job Description
- Create artistic fruit and vegetable carvings and buffet displays.
- Design and produce ice sculptures and carvings for events and special occasions.
- Prepare and decorate artistic pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolate, and sugar showpieces.
- Develop creative concepts and themed culinary displays.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
- Work closely with culinary and event teams to deliver projects on time.
- Develop creative concepts and sketches for ice sculptures and other culinary artwork.
- Select and prepare suitable ice blocks and use appropriate carving tools and equipment safely.
- Ensure precision, symmetry, finishing, stability, and visual quality of ice sculptures.
- Create artistic plating, garnishes, edible decorations, and themed food displays.
