CDI - Senior Product Owner (F/H)

Poste Drive multiple digital transformation projects within the CRM department, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer experience, business priorities, and product delivery. The role aims to structure, prioritize, and deploy high-impact CRM solutions to support customer insights and marketing activation.

Missions

• Manage requests in coordination with teams, ensuring the prioritization of their initiatives based on budgets and resources.
• Define and deploy the product roadmap in line with Maison’s strategy.
• Formalize requirements from all teams: (CRM, marketing, Clienteling, e-commerce, retail, data, and IT).
• Coordinate various stakeholders to secure decisions, timelines and deliverable quality.
• Ensure functional consistency and seamless integration of solutions within the existing CRM and digital ecosystem.
• Lead change management: team preparation, documentation, training, communication, and user adoption.
• Identify and resolve risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and define action plans.

Profil

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management, digital project management, or CRM transformation
• Deep understanding of CRM, data, marketing automation
• Experience within luxury, premium, retail, or omnichannel environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong product mindset, business-driven approach, and execution focus.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies, backlog management, roadmap planning, and delivery.
• Comfortable working alongside technical, data, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in both French and English.
