To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Category Buyer Connections Systems in our plant in location.

Sourcing responsible for all Business cases related to assigned sub-category and suppliers
Develop sub-category strategy, align globally with other regions and deploy among relevant suppliers
Negotiate and agree tooling costs, component price and conditions with suppliers to achieve overall targets by leveraging category volume bundling, material standardizations and localization/ point of purchase/ supply base optimization initiatives
Management of Supplier Scorecards (Terms & Conditions, Saving Achievements, Cost Recovery) for assigned sub-categories and suppliers.
Lead and support benchmarking studies and value analysis activities to identify cost reduction opportunities and to achieve market price levels for new projects and current mass production,
Manage RFQ/ benchmarks, sourcing pipelines and saving projects and present in Sourcing Boards for final implementation along the Purchasing Process
Close collaboration with Design Engineering, Advanced Purchasing, Cost Engineering, Value Creation and Vertical Integration

Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Engineering field combined with technical background and skills, Master is a plus,
4-6 years of experience in purchasing management activities or equivalent professional record in electronics automotive industry
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to manage purchasing tasks
Present information to key personnel in meaningful reports and compiling presentations
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Excel);
You effectively communicate on any level and towards suppliers
You are a strong team player
You are having problem solving skills and like to negotiate
Your English skills are on a business proficiency level in speaking and writing
Willingness to travel
