Principales Responsabilidades:

Generar y entregar reportes a Finanzas sobre el ingreso de materias primas al sistema, asegurando precisión y oportunidad en la información.
Verificar la documentación de soporte (facturas y formatos de transferencias internas de material), garantizando su validez y correcta integración al proceso.
Contabilizar y confirmar la llegada de materiales, asegurando su registro y disponibilidad en inventarios.
Registrar en el sistema MAPICS el ingreso de materias primas y movimientos relacionados, manteniendo la trazabilidad y confiabilidad de la información.
Escanear materias primas, asegurando su correcta identificación y control documental.
Escanear y registrar el producto terminado en el sistema, garantizando la actualización oportuna de inventarios.
Coordinar el surtimiento de componentes para prototipos, asegurando disponibilidad y cumplimiento de requerimientos especiales.
Aplicar los controles operacionales implicados a la posición en base a los sistemas de gestión (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, IATF 16949, Clientes) de la organización para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
Escolaridad Mínima: Preparatoria
Habilidades Técnicas
Manejo de paquete office
Manejo de escáner
Ingreso de facturas
Elaboración y entrega de reportes
Manejo de Sistema RA 400/ MAPICS
Soft skills: Responsable, confiable, ordenado, disciplinado, enfoque a resultados, trabajo en equipo.
