About the Role At Jump, campus quantitative traders join trading teams in roles blending quant trader, quant researcher, and quant developer. The program provides training in trading and financial markets, mock trading sessions, poker training, and other modules to improve probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset. You will then work alongside trading teams to devise trading strategies across global markets. What You'll Do
- Participate in training in trading, research, and development with a focus on trading and financial markets
- Work alongside trading teams to devise trading strategies across global markets
- Participate in mock trading sessions, poker training, and other modules to improve probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset
