Job Summary
The Business Readiness Lead drives successful SAP transformation by combining organizational change management, digital adoption, business analysis, testing leadership, and training enablement. This role is responsible for helping stakeholders adopt new SAP solutions, improving business readiness, and sustaining long-term value through practical, data-driven, and AI-enabled adoption strategies. Acting as a key bridge between business, IT, and end users, the Business Readiness Lead ensures solutions are understood, tested, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end change and adoption strategies aligned to SAP Activate and Syntax delivery approaches.
- Perform stakeholder and change impact analyses to identify adoption risks and design targeted interventions.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to update change management plans based on business impact and readiness findings.
