Ищем аналитика на роль, которая сочетает работу с данными, аналитическими инструментами, понимание бизнеса B2C и готовность участвовать в процессах планирования и их развитии.

Обязанности:

Работа с данными и аналитическими инструментами:

• Лидирование доработок OLAP-куба и взаимодействие с IT, включая разработку логики, постановку ТЗ, UAT и релиз
• Разработка и развитие аналитических инструментов и дашбордов в MS Power BI
• Сбор и анализ требований бизнес-функций для дашбордов
• Сбор и интеграция данных из различных источников, включая формулирование требований для интеграции данных из различных систем и хранилищ данных
• Участие в разработке методологии для оценки эффективности
• Ведение базы знаний по методологии, метрикам, дашбордам и текущему бэклогу проектов
• Подготовка и проведение презентаций

Аналитика и поддержка принятия решений:

• Оперативная подготовка нестандартных аналитических отчетов по запросу стейкхолдеров, проверка гипотез, анализ данных с ключевыми выводами для принятия data-driven решений
• Выявление точек роста и зон повышения эффективности
• Подготовка стратегической аналитики и материалов для высшего руководства

Управление эффективностью бюджета:

• Участие в оптимизации и автоматизации финансовых процессов
• Детализация бюджетов и активностей с фокусом на последующий анализ эффективности

Требования:

• Опыт работы в аналитике от 3-5 лет (желательно в IT, FinTech, eCommerce)
• Опыт участия в бюджетировании/финансовом планировании приветствуется
• Опыт разработки аналитики направления B2C
• Умение работать с большими объемами данных, знание основ аналитики и моделирования данных
• Опыт разработки дашбордов в Power BI, опыт работы с OLAP-кубами, Power Query, умение составлять SQL-запросы
• Свободный английский язык
• Понимание бизнес-процессов и сильные коммуникативные навыки для эффективного взаимодействия в кросс-функциональных проектах
• Проактивность, внимательность к деталям, структурность, аналитический склад ума
