Job title: Business Development Executive – Vendor Acquisition & Partnerships
Job description A leading company in Kuwait is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its portfolio of vouchers and offers by acquiring and developing partnerships with restaurants, entertainment venues, leisure operators, attractions, and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential vendors and business partners.
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to present partnership opportunities and commercial benefits.
- Negotiate offers, pricing, commissions, validity periods, and other commercial terms.
- Secure partnership agreements and coordinate vendor onboarding.
- Collect offer details, images, branch information, terms and conditions, and redemption procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful launch and activation of vendor offers.
- Train vendor staff on voucher verification and redemption procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
- Secure exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, packages, and additional branches.
- Monitor vendor performance and recommend strategies to improve sales and customer demand.
- Follow up on vendor and customer issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain an updated prospect pipeline and submit regular reports on visits, negotiations, signed partnerships, launches, and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned targets for new active vendors, live offers, and revenue generated through acquired accounts.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or vendor acquisition.
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, leisure, retail, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to acquire new business and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to conduct frequent outdoor visits and meet potential partners.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and local business environment.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management systems.
- Kuwait driving license is preferred.
