Role

• Design analytical solutions for the CPG & Retail sector, addressing challenges such as pricing strategy, product recommendation engines, or customer segmentation methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their key challenges and translate them into actionable analytical approaches.
• Prepare reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights tailored to business audiences.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring high-impact results and alignment of stakeholder expectations, timelines, and resources.
• Support commercial activities contributing to the definition of proposals, scopes, objectives, and deliverables of projects.
• Guide and mentor junior profiles, enhancing their ability to generate high-impact insights.

What will make you succeed

• Degree in Engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or equivalent training.
• More than 4 years of experience in data analysis and development of use cases, preferably in CPG & Retail.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Programming skills, mainly in Python and SQL.
• Experience in advanced analytics, data visualization, and/or data science.
• Ability to storytell: translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in both Spanish and English in a global environment.

We also value

• Additional training in Data Analytics, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Knowledge in developing commercial proposals.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects in parallel.
