The task of the Brand Management Back-office Specialist is to support the Brand Manager in her/his activities and in managing the relation with the brands of the VW Group and the internal FS stakeholders.
-
Role and duty – core business
The Brand Management Back-office responsibilities are:
-
Support the development and implementation of Financial campaigns, interacting with other offices for portfolio management products;
-
Configuration of the financial offer with a specific focus on the testing phase;
-
Preparation of the legal disclaimers for the advertised offers;
-
Follow the control phase and monitor the progress of campaigns;
-
Collect and analyze the needs of the Field Force regarding the offers in place
-
Forecast analysis regarding the penetration rate on deliveries and incoming orders for channel and financial product;
-
Support on budgeting and spending analysis related to the campaign business;
-
Support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of international and local projects / growth plans (e.g. GO2025 Plans, new model launches, etc.);
-
Support the Brand Manager in preparing presentations and other relevant documentation used in meetings, etc.

Reporting preparation and development (e.g. General Business Reporting).

Competences
-
Bachelor Degree;
-
Advanced capacity in business analysis;
-
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
-
Knowledge of SAS System and Power BI as a plus;
-
Avaiable to business travelers

Good relational and analytical skills;
