Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Type: Full Time

Our Mission:

As humans, there are few things more exciting than meeting someone new. At Tinder, we’re inspired by the challenge of keeping the magic of human connection alive. With tens of millions of users, hundreds of millions of downloads, 2+ billion swipes per day, 20+ million matches per day, and a presence in 190+ countries, our reach is expansive—and rapidly growing.

We work together to solve complex problems. Behind the simplicity of every match, we think deeply about human relationships, behavioral science, network economics, AI and ML, online and real-world safety, cultural nuances, loneliness, love, sex, and more.

As a Brand Designer on Tinder's Global Brand team, you'll be the creative force behind how one of the world's most recognizable brands shows up visually across campaigns, social, events, merchandise, and beyond. This role is both craft-forward and fast-moving: owning polished, high-quality brand work while staying nimble enough to turn cultural moments into sharp, reactive creative. The right candidate brings a strong visual point of view, an instinct for what feels current, and the range to execute at a high level across a wide variety of formats and surfaces.

In this role you will:

  • Own campaign lockups and serve as the brand guideline guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing touchpoints for the US territory
  • Design across social and content - from end cards and branded campaign assets to quick-turn reactive creative, keeping the brand's voice sharp across video and organic channels.
  • Produce reactive social creative and quick-turn design requests
  • Design and iterate on user acquisition (UA) creative for paid media testing (static, animation, video edit)
  • Own preparation and management of app screen assets in Figma for agency partners, and help build stronger process and consistency around this workflow
  • Review the full range of brand outputs - OOH, merch, events collateral, signage, board decks, PR assets, and press visuals, ensuring the brand shows up with craft and consistency at every touchpoint.
  • Design campaign microsites for major moments and seasonal activations and work with internal legal, security, IT, engineer partners to deploy.

You’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a tech or lifestyle brand
  • Experience designing for paid/performance channels (UA creative, ASO, banners) as well as brand-led work
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, and brand storytelling across multiple formats and mediums
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; experience with AI tools or motion design is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a refined visual sensibility
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on craft
  • Strong collaborator who can take direction from stakeholders (exec, PR, media/performance teams) and translate it into clean creative

Salary Range: $60,000 - $60,000 a year

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
