About the Role Join Ticketmaster's Box Office team in Tacoma, WA as a part-time seasonal/casual Box Office Agent. The role provides frontline service to ticket purchasers, assists with on-site box office sales, and supports event operations, with scheduling based on events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasers
- Conduct in-person ticket sales at the Box Office using the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system
- Work with Archtics and TM Host systems on a regular basis
- Balance and account for cash and credit card receipts from sales transactions
- Organize and distribute will-call tickets
- Maintain a positive attitude toward the company and its activities
- Adapt to evolving job descriptions and perform additional duties as needed What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and/or customer service
- General office and cash handling experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic foundation and understanding of event ticketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for live events (music, pop culture, arts/theatre, family events) Nice to Have
- Experience with Ticketmaster systems such as Archtics and TM Host (optional) Compensation & Benefits
