About the Role This is a full-time Hematology/Oncology position based at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. The role is for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist who is fellowship trained, with outpatient clinical duties and rotating inpatient responsibilities. The candidate will join Endeavor Health Medical Group to develop subspecialization in disease sites over 1–3 years and contribute to clinical research, quality, and education. What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient hematology/oncology care with rotating inpatient duties at Northwest Community Hospital.
- Collaborate with Endeavor Health Medical Group to develop disease-site sub-specializations (1–3 years) and participate in clinical research, quality initiatives, and education programs.
- Contribute to program development and growth within the network and hospital. What We're Looking For
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology; fellowship trained.
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to serve as part of an integrated health system.
- Interest in developing subspecialization and contributing to program growth, research, and education.
- Willingness to work at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $274,696–$571,701 annually (USD), with pay determined by expertise and experience.
