  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyse data, check pricing and support billing activities, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • Manage customer enquiries, investigate billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work closely with Sales, Accounts Payable, Operations and Credit teams to ensure accurate billing outcomes.

  • Monitor and respond to enquiries received through the billing email inbox.

  • Maintain accurate, organised and confidential billing records.

  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and other accounts-related tasks as required.

  • Manage fluctuating workloads and competing priorities while meeting month-end deadlines.

  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and operational efficiency.

  • About You

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or a similar finance-related role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including practical experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • A sound understanding of billing principles, invoice calculations and GST.

  • Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • The ability to analyse information, solve problems and make independent decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders across different levels of the business.

  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
