Bilingual Emotional Consultant

About the Role We are looking for an experienced bilingual Emotional Consultant to join Lyra Health's clinical operations in Mexico City. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients' employees facing acute mental health challenges, providing immediate crisis containment, brief evidence-based interventions, and case management in both English and Spanish within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with acute mental health challenges from corporate clients.
• Provide immediate crisis containment and brief evidence-based interventions, and conduct case management in both English and Spanish.
• Document cases and coordinate with clinical teams using Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs and thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a valid Professional License (Cédula Profesional).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical practice with a solid CBT foundation.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2); ability to write technical reports in English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and telehealth platforms.
• Multicultural sensitivity and ability to support a diverse, international workforce.
• Demonstrated ability to work fast and under pressure to meet 24-hour Critical Incident SLAs. Compensation & Benefits
