This role provides support in workshop management to drive process improvement, efficiency, and adoption of new technologies within Renault Spain. You will partner with operators and engineers to optimize workflows and contribute to industrial innovation. What You'll Do
- Assist in day-to-day workshop management tasks to improve processes and efficiency
- Support implementation of new technologies and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Help monitor performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement What We're Looking For
