you are looking to hire a diligent and focus Banking Officer.
Responsibilities
- Strong leadership, team management, and customer engagement skills.
- Important: Candidates must have prior experience in a commercial bank (preferred), mortgage bank, investment bank, or microfinance bank.
Requirements

Minimum 7 years’ Retail/Commercial Banking experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.

Proven track record in business development, credit management, and operations oversight.

Strong leadership, team management, and customer engagement skills.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2:2; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
