The Role As a Bank Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' learning, wellbeing, and personal development. Your work will help create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every pupil can thrive. This includes:

• Building warm, supportive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Encouraging independence, engagement and positive behaviour
• Assisting with high-quality, differentiated learning activities
• Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom duties
• Responding flexibly to the changing needs of the school
• Promoting pupils' cognitive, social, emotional and physical development
• Working collaboratively as part of a multi-professional team
• Completing accurate records relating to behaviour, health or incidents

Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant What We're Looking For Essential: GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/Level 2 or above) Understanding of safeguarding & child protection Experience or knowledge of supporting pupils with SEN A child-centred, positive and creative approach Desirable: Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning Previous experience as a Level 2 (or equivalent) TA At least one year's experience in a similar role
