Vos Challenges
En collaboration avec les associés du cabinet, votre mission, en tant que Avocat Droit Social F/H consiste à :
- Missions de conseil et de contentieux ;
- Aspects sociaux des fusions et acquisitions (restructuration, audit, harmonisation postacquisition, …) ;
- Aspects sociaux de la mobilité internationale
- Réorganisations sociales (mobilité, APLD, licenciements économiques / PSE, …) ;
- Consultations juridiques.
Votre Profil
- Vous êtes titulaire du CAPA et vous avez de préférence une formation Master 2 en droit du travail ou DJCE.
- Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en tant qu’avocat, juriste conseil dans un cabinet d’avocats et/ou en entreprise.
