About the Role We are hiring for an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (Auszubildende) at Alcon in Großwallstadt. The 3-year program combines hands-on training with company-wide exposure to logistics operations and is paired with Berufsschule in Aschaffenburg. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and shipping goods using high-tech processes. What You'll Do
- Properly receive, unpack and inspect goods
- Manage and organize the warehouse
- Prepare shipments including picking and packing
- Process orders and manage related documentation
- Manage outgoing goods and create shipping documents
- Learn and understand commercial processes What We're Looking For
- Good qualifying middle school leaving certificate or Mittlere Reife
- Interest in organization, logistics and information technology; technical interest and practical skills
- Good German, English, and IT skills
- Reliability, flexibility and independence; willingness to learn, ambition and commitment
