About the Role Sonova Audiological Care France, operating under Audition Santé, is seeking Audioprothésistes D.E. to join our dynamic team. You will work full-time for our Le Mans entity on a long-term CDD, delivering exceptional service to people with hearing loss and contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional hearing care and fittings across multiple hearing-aid centers.
- Assess, fit, and adjust hearing devices according to patient needs.
- Collaborate with ORL specialists, participate in ORL sessions, congresses, and support student training.
- Contribute to internal training paths and ongoing development.
- Support patients throughout their integration journey and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- D.E. Audioprothésiste (Audioprothésiste D.E.).
- Customer-focused, attentive to the needs of people with hearing loss.
- Willingness to work in a multi-centre environment (Le Mans and surrounding centers).
- Ability to work in a structured, cadre-level (Niveau IV) environment and participate in training and development.
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in ORL assemblies or congresses and trainer of students (as described in the posting).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Brut annuel fixed + variable + incentive based on objectives.
- Company health insurance covered up to 70€/month; supplementary retirement plan fully covered by the company for cadre level.
