About the Role As an Audicien/Audiologue at our Libramont hearing care center, you will determine the best hearing solution to meet clients' needs and improve their quality of life and health. You will join a warm team that values quality and ongoing development and contribute to helping people with hearing loss. What You'll Do
- Perform advanced audiometry tests to propose the most appropriate hearing solution
- Follow the process from A to Z to ensure quality care
- Establish professional contacts with ENT doctors and general practitioners
- Create a welcoming environment in the clinics where everyone feels valued
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in a personalized development plan with coaching and feedback What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Audiology (BA or MA)
- INAMI number
- Empathy and commitment to helping every client
- Eye for detail for advanced audiometry
- Willingness to take responsibility and follow processes
- Natural networking skills with doctors
- Commercial mindset to ensure welcoming, accessible agencies Nice to Have
