About the Role You will join Sonova's Geel branch as an Audicien/Audioloog to help customers find the most suitable hearing solution and improve their quality of life. You will work in a warm team with support for development and ongoing coaching, and you will take responsibility from start to finish. What You'll Do
- Conduct advanced audiometric tests to propose the most suitable hearing solution for each customer.
- Manage the entire process from A to Z, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to an inviting hearing center where people feel welcome.
- Build and maintain professional contacts with NKO doctors and general practitioners.
- Deliver customer-focused service with empathy and professionalism, helping people with hearing loss.
- Be part of Belgium's market-leading hearing care network and Sonova group. What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Audiology (BA or MA).
- RIZIV number.
- Empathy and a customer-focused mindset.
- Enjoy variety in work; eye for detail; ability to perform advanced audiometric tests.
- Take responsibility and manage the end-to-end process.
- Commercial mindset; ability to engage and welcome customers.
- Born networker capable of building professional contacts with NKO doctors and GPs. Compensation & Benefits
