About the Role You will join Sonova's market-leading hearing care center in Marche-en-Famenne as an audiologist/audicien to assess clients, determine the most suitable hearing solutions, and help improve quality of life. You will work in a warm team that values quality, development, and patient-centered care, with support and coaching to grow professionally. What You'll Do
- Perform advanced audiometry testing to determine the best hearing solution for each client
- Manage the end-to-end process from assessment to fitting and follow-up
- Create welcoming, customer-friendly clinics and ensure a positive experience for all clients
- Establish and maintain professional contacts with ENT doctors and general practitioners
- Demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Apply commercial flair to support the practice's growth and patient access
