About the Role Lifeguard to Open Swim and Aquatic home competitions. Provide a safe environment that follows all pool policies and promotes a positive, cooperative atmosphere for all pool users.
What You'll Do
- Enforce and promote all pool policies
- Ensure a safe pool environment
- Be prepared to handle any pool emergency
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Qualifications: Current Lifeguarding Certificate; Must be a ULV student
Nice to Have
- Lifeguarding experience
- Pool work experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $16.90
- Benefits include paid sick leave (1 hour per 30 hours worked, max 24 hours per year, up to 48 hours total), retirement plan (employee voluntary contributions), ACA medical coverage eligibility for employees averaging 30+ hours/week, and workers compensation insurance.
