About the Role
EY is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate to join its Transfer Pricing team. The role involves preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, completing transfer pricing returns, and supporting advisory and controversy projects across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files, and review Country-by-Country Reports.
- Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
- Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using databases and research tools.
- Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies.
- Assist with transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.
- Collaborate with tax, legal, and finance teams on transfer pricing matters.
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
- Mentor graduate trainees and interns and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of transfer pricing experience.
- Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
