Job Description

ZAIDYN Medical is ZS’ medical affairs technology, AI and analytics platform, bringing together a connected suite of products that help medical affairs organizations identify gaps in care, understand and engage relevant experts, generate scientific and medical insights, enable field medical teams, and measure impact.

The ZAIDYN Medical portfolio includes Care Gap Intelligence, Opinion Leader Intelligence, Scientific Medical Intelligence, Patient Outcomes Impact, and Medical Customer Engagement.

We are looking for an Associate Lead based in Princeton, NJ to join the ZAIDYN Medical team, with a primary focus on go-to-market activities across the portfolio. The role will work closely with ZS client service teams, clients, and product teams to support new opportunities, shape solutions, develop proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and help expand adoption of ZAIDYN Medical across clients.

The Associate Lead will also play an important role in selected client engagements, helping ensure that solutions are translated effectively from the sales process into successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with ZS client service teams to identify and shape opportunities for ZAIDYN Medical across new and existing clients.

  • Lead product demonstrations and capability discussions, connecting ZAIDYN Medical solutions to clients’ medical affairs priorities and business needs.

  • Support client discovery discussions to understand business needs and recommend the appropriate ZAIDYN Medical capabilities and solutions.

  • Develop proposals and RFP responses, including solution definition, scoping, pricing inputs, and SOW development.

  • Develop and maintain go-to-market materials across the ZAIDYN Medical portfolio, including capability presentations, case studies, newsletters, proposals, and other enablement content.

  • Build strong working relationships with client service teams and provide the product and solution expertise needed to support client conversations.

  • Support expansion within existing clients by identifying opportunities to introduce additional ZAIDYN Medical capabilities and use cases.

  • Partner with product teams to bring client and market feedback into product discussions and help inform future capabilities and priorities.

  • Stay current on the ZAIDYN Medical portfolio, medical affairs use cases, and relevant market trends to support effective client conversations.

  • Support selected client engagements from requirements and solution configuration through rollout and ongoing delivery, helping maintain continuity between the solution proposed and the solution delivered.

  • Lead client working sessions, solution walkthroughs, and readouts where needed.

  • Coordinate with global delivery teams to align scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Review client-facing analyses, presentations, and deliverables to ensure they are clear, accurate, and of high quality.

  • What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance; an advanced degree is a plus.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, life sciences, analytics, technology, product, or a related environment.

  • Strong interest in client development, solutioning, and go-to-market activities.

  • Experience supporting client discussions, proposals, solution development, or other commercial activities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Ability to develop clear, structured, and compelling client-facing presentations and proposals.

  • Confidence leading client meetings, working sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous client and business questions.

  • Ability to understand data sources, analytical approaches, and technology capabilities and translate them into business value for clients.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and workstreams in parallel.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across client service, product, and global delivery teams.

  • Exposure to medical affairs areas such as field medical/MSLs, KOL engagement, medical insights, congress planning, or scientific communications is a plus.

  • Familiarity with HCP data, KOL intelligence, medical affairs analytics, or healthcare technology platforms is a plus.
