The Associate Data Science Manager Is Responsible For :

Implementing and evolving the data domains and products required to support the needs of the company.
Play a part in driving change management and process improvement.
Work collaboratively with product management to create a roadmap and deliver on capabilities to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
Ensuring team cohesion and motivation
Designing, developing, and implementing methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured.
Managing the daily operational activities that develop and implement tactical plans for specified area. Oversees team(s) assigned to projects and may manage implementations.
Ensuring resources are accurately allocated in line with tactical plans and appropriately accounted for.
Providing SMART objectives for the team and ensure its achievement
Preparing clear career path for the team
Providing the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
Ensuring agile SCRUM
Delivering work products consistently, on time and on budget
Ensuring the recruitement needs of the project

Profil

Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, IT Project Management or related field;
8+ years of experience in software engineering;
minimum 2-3 years in project management;
Fluent in English & French;
Curious, honest, ambitious, team-oriented, innovative, rigorous, and entrepreneurship mindset;
