Job Description

In this role, you will make our hotel something special by...

Oversee daily operations and ensure team compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements
Direct maintenance and repairs for building systems, interiors, exteriors, and guest areas
Execute and optimize the hotel's preventive maintenance program
Manage inventory, assets, and security protocols for tools, equipment, and hotel property
Monitor departmental budget and control expenses; contribute to annual operating budget forecasts
Develop and deliver training programs that build technical skills and ensure professional standards
Hold regular departmental meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and gather feedback
Ensure adherence to all fire, life safety, and emergency procedures
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, departmental procedures, and applicable regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service orientation
Results-driven with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with sound business acumen and HR management capabilities
